Vehicle Availability & No-Hold Policy

All vehicles are offered for sale on a first-come, first-served basis. We do not guarantee that any specific vehicle will be available until a purchase agreement has been completed and any required funds have been received.

In most cases, we do not place long-term “holds” on vehicles without a signed agreement and a deposit approved by management. If a vehicle is sold while you are in the process of obtaining outside financing, we will make reasonable efforts to assist you in locating a similar vehicle but cannot guarantee availability.

As-Is / Warranty Disclosure

Unless otherwise and expressly stated in writing on the buyer’s order or a separate warranty document, vehicles are sold “AS IS”, with no warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to any implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.

If a vehicle includes any warranty, service contract, or protection product (such as a third-party service contract, GAP coverage, or a limited dealer warranty), the terms, coverage limits, and exclusions will be stated in a separate written agreement. That agreement will control in the event of any conflict with information on this website.

Financing & Payment Disclosure

What-A-Rental Car Sales may offer in-house / Buy Here Pay Here (BHPH) financing on select vehicles. Customers may also choose to seek financing independently through their own bank, credit union, or other lender.

Customer-Arranged Bank & Credit Union Financing

When you finance through your own bank, credit union, or other outside lender, you are entering into a loan agreement directly with that third-party lender. What-A-Rental TX LLC and What-A-Rental Car Sales do not approve, underwrite, broker, arrange, or control the terms of outside financing.

• All loans are subject to the lender’s credit approval and underwriting guidelines.
• Any sample payments or rate examples on this site are for illustration only and may not match the terms offered by your lender.
• Final terms, including Annual Percentage Rate (APR), total finance charge, and total of payments, will be disclosed by your lender in their loan documents.

In-House / Buy Here Pay Here (BHPH) Financing

For customers who finance directly with What-A-Rental TX LLC through the What-A-Rental Car Sales in-house / BHPH program, we act as the creditor on your retail installment contract. This program is separate from any bank or credit union financing you may qualify for.

• Approval is based on income, stability, and other factors determined by our internal underwriting guidelines and applicable Texas law.
• Down payment amounts, term lengths, and payment schedules vary by vehicle and applicant and are not guaranteed until underwriting is complete.
• The final Annual Percentage Rate (APR), total finance charge, total of payments, and all other required disclosures will be provided in your written retail installment contract, which you should review carefully before signing.

Nothing on this site guarantees financing, approval, a specific interest rate, a specific down payment, or a specific payment amount. Any sample payments, price ranges, or calculators are estimates only and do not constitute a binding offer of credit.

Trade-In & Appraisal Disclosure

Any trade-in values discussed online, by phone, or through preliminary appraisal tools are estimates only. Final trade-in value is determined after an in-person inspection of the vehicle, review of title status, and verification of mileage and condition.

We reserve the right to adjust or withdraw any preliminary trade-in estimate if new information is discovered about the vehicle’s condition, history, liens, or ownership.

Online Pricing & Information Accuracy

We make reasonable efforts to keep online pricing, photos, and descriptions accurate, but errors and omissions may occur. Online prices may not include taxes, title, registration, inspection, or other applicable fees unless clearly stated.

All final figures will be disclosed on your buyer’s order and related documents at the dealership. If a pricing or description error is identified, we will work with you in good faith but are not obligated to honor typographical or system errors.
